Quality Control Inspector at Century Industrial Fze

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all diaper products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, and evaluating finished products to maintain the highest levels of product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the manufacturing processes to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform laboratory tests on products to ensure absorbency, softness, and safety standards are met.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection results and prepare reports on product quality issues.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Identify product defects and ensure defective products are handled according to company procedures.
• Provide feedback and training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in quality control, preferably in the diaper or FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, product testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in using quality control equipment and analytical tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
