Quality Control & Assurance Analyst at Tulip Cocoa Processing Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and record data for documentation needed for testing and reports preparation.
• Perform routine as well as non-routine evaluation of raw materials, intermediate and finished products according to Standard Operating Procedure.
• Implement development method and validation protocols.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures related to quality control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance working with GLP and GMP environment.
• Interact with Operations, Quality Assurance and Production for compliance
• Operate and implement analytical laboratory instrumentation.
• Maintain and manage accurate and precise documentation.
• Conduct laboratory evaluation of samples.
• Ensure to get familiar with standard analytical laboratory equipment usage in food industry.

Requirements

• Qualification: HND qualification / B.Sc Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology and other related Science Courses.
• Experience: 1 - 2 years and above.
• Age: Not more than 45 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong (scientific) analytical oriented mindset.
• Results-oriented and a proactive team leader; able to act as a subject matter expert with respect to Quality and food safety compliance.
