Quality Control and Production Superintendent at Reliable Steel & Plastic Ind. Ltd.

Job Purpose

To oversee production and quality control operations in a plastic manufacturing plant (food flasks and thermowares), ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality while maintaining compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production to meet targets and schedules.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Manage and monitor injection and blow molding machines, ensuring optimal performance.
• Enforce quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food-grade, and regulatory standards.
• Lead, train, and evaluate production and quality teams.
• Prepare reports on production output, efficiency, downtime, and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in production/quality supervision within plastic manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding and blow molding processes.
• Familiarity with ISO, GMP, HACCP, and quality management systems.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
