Quality Assurance Tester at Afrimash

Role Description

• This is a contract Quality Assurance Tester role based in Ibadan, with the flexibility of working some days remotely as part of a hybrid working arrangement.
• The Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for conducting test execution, creating and maintaining test cases, identifying software defects, and collaborating with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• The tester will play a vital role in identifying issues early and maintaining the functionality and reliability of our platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Test Execution and creation of structured Test Cases.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate software requirements and identify potential issues.
• Experience with Quality Assurance processes and principles.
• Skills in Manual Testing and identifying software bugs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or applications is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
