Quality Assurance Supervisor at Vitafoam Nigeria Plc

Job Summary

• Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at the Aba Factory.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. 
• This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality assurance operations to maintain product consistency and compliance.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes at different stages of production.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to identify defects or deviations from standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Develop and update quality assurance documentation, including reports and checklists.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Train and guide factory workers on quality control standards and best practices.
• Investigate customer complaints and work towards corrective and preventive measures.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
