Quality Assurance Manager at Recare

Responsibilities

• Establish and carry out the quality assurance tests for raw materials and finished products, including work in progress.
• Work closely with production staff to ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures during production.
• Prepare reports as required to management and regulatory agencies.
• Develop and update all company documentation on quality assurance, health and safety.
• Ensure organization-wide adherence to quality control, health and safety procedures.
• Train staff on quality assurance, health and work place safety procedures.
• Ensure safeguarding of all product compounding manuals that may be considered trade secrets by the company.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have a Degree in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry
• Minimum of 10 - 15 years experience in the FMCG.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.
• Must be a Quality Assurance Manager or equivalent position.
