We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team.
As an Quality Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement testing strategies, and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address software defects and compatibility issues.
Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing activities based on business impact and project timelines.
Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
Monitor and analyze test results, track defects, and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and enhance quality assurance processes and methodologies to optimize product quality and reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance/testing roles, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
