Quality Assurance Engineer at SeamHealth Innovations

Role Overview

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our QA Team. Your focus is to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web, mobile, and backend systems. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to identify issues early, improve product quality, and deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web, mobile, and API-based applications
• Perform manual, Automation, and exploratory testing across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android, Admin dashboards)
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, smoke, and UAT testing
• Test APIs and microservices using tools like Postman or similar
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and prevent regressions
• Perform negative, boundary, and edge-case testing
• Validate data accuracy, reporting dashboards, and analytics outputs
• Support security testing activities such as VAPT reviews
• Ensure releases meet quality standards before deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester 
• Test Automation with Selenium & Katalon
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC 
• Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and REST APIs 
• Strong test documentation skills 
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments 
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills 

Experience & Tools

• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, KATALON & Appium) 
• Basic SQL and database testing knowledge 
• Experience testing Forms 
• Experience testing USSD or WhatsApp systems 
• Knowledge of security testing and CVSS scoring 
• SaaS or B2B product experience 
• Experience Using Postman & Swagger for API testing
