Quality Assurance Engineer at Mintyn Digital Bank

About the Role

• We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure our digital products meet high standards of quality, performance, and user experience. You will work closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs, improve functionality, and help deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review product requirements and technical specifications to understand expected behavior
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools
• Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes and improvements
• Conduct regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure products meet quality, performance, and usability standards before release

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience with manual testing (automation is a plus)
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile workflows
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS)
• Basic knowledge of APIs and backend testing
• Exposure to fintech or fast-paced startup environments
