Quality Assurance Engineer (Intern) at Tedikom Wireless Limited

Role Overview 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Intern to support our development team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance processes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in testing web and mobile applications to identify bugs and issues
• Create and execute test cases based on product requirements
• Document and report defects clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues
• Participate in product reviews and testing cycles
• Support in maintaining QA documentation and reports 

Requirements 

• Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
