QA & Support Engineer at Optisoft Technology Company Ltd

• Optisoft is looking for a QA Engineer & Customer Support with strong testing capabilities and hands-on experience across both manual and automated testing. This role combines quality assurance with user support, ensuring product reliability while addressing real user issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for end-to-end testing of applications before release, ensuring all features meet functional and performance expectations. This includes designing and executing test cases, identifying edge cases, and performing regression testing to prevent breakages across existing features.
• You will also be involved in automation testing, building and maintaining automated test scripts where necessary to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• On the support side, you will handle user-reported issues, investigate root causes, and work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely resolution. You will document issues clearly, reproduce bugs when necessary, and track them through to closure.
• You will participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and validate that features meet business and user requirements before deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in manual testing across web or mobile applications
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or similar
• Good understanding of regression testing, performance testing, and UAT processes
• Ability to analyze issues, reproduce bugs, and document findings clearly
• Basic understanding of system architecture, APIs, and application workflows.
