We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Automation Developer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications, mobile applications, automation workflows, and WhatsApp-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Execution: Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications. Conduct regression, functional, performance, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing.
Automation & Workflow Validation: Validate n8n workflows, automations, and integrations. Test WhatsApp chatbot flows, messaging automation, and user journeys.
API & Integration Testing: Conduct API testing and integration testing.
Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
Collaboration & Standards: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Establish QA standards and testing best practices to ensure releases meet quality benchmarks before deployment.
Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of QA experience.
Application Testing: Experience testing web and mobile applications.
Specialized Systems: Strong knowledge of n8n automation workflows and experience testing WhatsApp Business Platform solutions.
Tools & Frameworks: API testing experience using Postman or similar tools alongside experience with automated testing frameworks.
Methodology: Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Core Skills: Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
