• We are looking for a competent and organized Purchasing Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase goods, materials, and supplies required by the company.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and favorable purchasing terms.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain purchase records and documentation.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate purchasing needs.
• Ensure purchases comply with approved company procedures and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in purchasing/procurement is required.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
