Source, negotiate, and purchase equipment, materials, and services in line with Media Trust standards.
Manage supplier relationships and maintain an up-to-date digital vendor database.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, adhering to budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with Media Trust’s procurement policies and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and prepare regular reports to the Group Executive Director Corporate Services.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a procurement role. Experience in media, broadcast, or a related industry could be an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.
Professional certification such as Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) National Procurement Certification Program (NPCP) etc is an added advantage.
