Public Sector Loan Officer at Dash Microfinance Bank

• Develop and manage public sector loan opportunities by engaging eligible government/parastatal entities, structuring facilities, and ensuring compliant disbursement and repayment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify public sector lending opportunities and build institutional relationships.
• Support end-to-end credit process: documentation, approvals, disbursement, monitoring.
• Conduct due diligence on counterparties, payment sources, and contract validity.
• Maintain comprehensive credit files and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and operations teams for documentation perfection.

Requirements

• BSc in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related field.
• 2—5 years experience in public sector lending/credit
• Strong documentation, stakeholder managernent, and analytical skills.
