Public Relations Officer at Ezekiel Properties Management

Position Overview

• Ezekiel Properties Management Co. (EPMC) is seeking a dynamic and articulate Public Relations Officer to strengthen the company's public image, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand business opportunities across the public and private sectors.
• The successful candidate will serve as the company's external liaison, building productive relationships with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), corporate organisations, financial institutions, professional bodies and other key stakeholders.
• The role also supports business growth through strategic campaigns, partnership development, client engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with MDAs, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, corporate organisations and strategic partners.
• Represent EPMC at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, investment forums and networking events.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement initiatives that enhance the company's reputation and business opportunities.
• Facilitate introductions and partnership discussions with organisations that align with EPMC's business objectives.

Corporate Communications & Campaigns:

• Develop and coordinate public awareness campaigns to promote EPMC's products, projects and services.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, property launches, exhibitions and investor engagement programmes.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Prepare corporate profiles, presentations, partnership proposals and promotional materials.

Business Development Support:

• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that generate qualified business leads.
• Engage prospective clients, investors and institutions to promote the company's real estate offerings.
• Coordinate property inspection appointments and investment presentations.
• Support negotiations and relationship management throughout the client acquisition process.

Market Intelligence:

• Monitor market trends, government initiatives, housing policies and investment opportunities relevant to the real estate sector.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy.
• Recommend new engagement opportunities that improve market visibility and business growth.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of stakeholder engagements, partnership activities and business opportunities.
• Submit periodic reports on outreach activities, campaign performance and partnership outcomes.
• Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements where necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Political Science, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
