As a Public Health Specialist at Sydani, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing public health programs and initiatives. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on community health.

2. Digital Health
3. Nutrition

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development and Implementation:

Design, implement, and evaluate public health programs and interventions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of initiatives.

Epidemiological Analysis:

• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, risk factors, and health disparities.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to inform public health strategies.

Community Engagement:

• Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders, organizations, and healthcare partners.
• Organize and participate in community outreach events and health education programs.

Policy Advocacy:

• Stay informed about public health policies and regulations.
• Advocate for policies that promote and protect community health.

Health Promotion:

• Develop and implement health promotion campaigns to address prevalent public health issues.
• Create educational materials and resources for the community.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Establish and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for public health programs.
• Regularly assess program outcomes and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Public Health or related field.
• Minimum of 7 Years of experience in public health program management.
• Strong knowledge of epidemiology, biostatistics, immunization, and public health research methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
