Providers' Manager at International Health Management Services (IHMS)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Providers' Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc.) and a strong background in healthcare provider management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual agreements.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance provider engagement and performance.
• Monitor service quality and address provider-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve healthcare service delivery.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of provider networks.

Requirements

• Must have a B.NSc. (Bachelor of Nursing Science).
• Proven experience in provider network management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and policies.
