Property Relationship Officer at Enroyale Global Services Limited

Location: Central Business District, Abuja

Focus

• We are looking for a Property Relationship Officer, who will form and retain trusting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• This professional should be an excellent communicator, able to work with marketing, sales & property management team members and solidify rapport with clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage existing property portfolio of the company.
• Identifying new business markets to increase existing property portfolio.
• Sign up commercial property clients for portfolio management.
• Managing customer expectations in delivering the promised service offerings related the property.
• Keep track on property development, maintenance and performance.
• Attracting new tenants through property viewings and referrals.
• Addressing tenant complaints and resolutions.
• Continuous engagement with owners, holders, tenants, vendors and all stakeholders on each property.
• Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings as at when appropriate to do so.
• Coordinate and supervise property maintenance in line with service level agreements
• Efficient management of residential and commercial properties in line with quality assurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management or related field.
• 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience as aBusiness Development or/and Sales & Property or/and Marketing Officer.
• Good knowledge of customer relationship management.
• Excellent Networking Skill.
