Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Lekki.
• The Property Manager will be responsible for the sales of houses, lands, managing and overseeing the daily operations of the residential estates, handling tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and ensuring the properties are well-maintained.
• The role will also involve handling leasing activities and maintaining occupancy levels.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in property sales, tenant relations and leasing
• Knowledge of property maintenance coordination
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proximity to location is an added advantage
