Project Support Supervisor at MacTay Consulting

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects.

As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. 

You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PROJECT SUPPORT SUPERVISOR 

• Interface between company management and Engineers/  events on the field

• Handle day-to-day monitoring of projects

• Prepare reports

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Interface between office and projects

• Procurement and logistics support

• Remote & office work location

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to deal with pressure and good people management skills very important 

• May have to work on multiple projects at the same time. 

• Training will be done on the job

• Regular travel and habitation at project location may be required

• Honesty, integrity, willingness to grow with organisation is required 

• Articulate and authoritative 

REQUIREMENTS OF A PROJECT SUPPORT SUPERVISOR 

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.

• BSC, BA, HND, MBA.

• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. 

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Punctuality and professionalism.

• Result oriented.

• Ability to work without supervision. 

• Technical Skills

• Computer savvy.

SALARY: 50,000 Monthly
