Project Supervisor at Design Fairy Studio

Responsibilities

• Represent and Promote the company as the best workplace.
• Daily coordination and inspection of all active sites, reports on projects, and material tracking log.
• Supervise, manage, and negotiate materials/product/service costs of artisans on project sites.
• Procure materials needed for projects within the company’s budget.
• Ensure standard site procedure/process/quality control is set and adhered to.
• Collaborate with artisans and team to identify and resolve any issues that may occur on site.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Pay attention to every detail on site and ensure that workers complete their deliverables for the day.
• Follow up with the team and artisans expected on-site daily.
• Prepare project reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarising relevant information.
• Appropriately communicate project plans and ensure their execution.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impact on schedule and budget.
• Manage customer satisfaction within the project timeline.
• Conduct a post-project evaluation to identify success and areas of improvement.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO / Lead Designer.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 7 years experience.
