As an Agency / Project Operations Intern, you will provide support across client projects, research, administration, content, presentations, and agency operations.
Responsibilities
Support account managers, project leads, and operational teams with client deliverables and project activities.
Conduct target market research, prepare media monitoring reports, and assist with project briefs.
Assist with logistics for strategy meetings, client presentations, press briefings, and agency events.
Handle administrative tasks including minute-taking, action-item tracking, checklists, and project documentation.
Support content creation, copy proofreading, slide deck formatting, and media file organization.
Requirements
Recent graduate or current undergraduate studying Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
