Project Managers / Scrum Masters at Enov8 Solutions Limited

The basic requirements for this role include:

• Organizing and coordinating project teams and stakeholders from inception to completion developing project plans and charters
• Conducting and coordinating user acceptance tests, process analysis, developing Statements of Work (SOW) and work plans
• Creating business requirement documents
• Cost estimating and budgeting for IT projects
• Ensuring customer satisfaction upon project go-live
• Analyzing and managing IT project risks
• Monitoring project progress.

Additionally, candidates should be:

• Proficient in breaking down business processes into specific steps to understand and improve business outcomes
• Working on project designs to improve quality and reduce errors
• Organizing and coordinating sprints, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Using software such as Jira & Confluence, Xray, MS Visio/Lucid chart, Slack, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, MSTeams) is also required.
• Certifications in any of the following areas would be highly beneficial:
• Professional in Project Management (PPM)
• Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
