Project Manager at Wragby Business Solutions and Technologies Limited

Wragby Business Solutions is currently recruiting for the position of a Project Manager who would perform the following functions:

• Engage with business Subject Matter Experts to define relevant business requirements and can translate these into appropriate language and format for 3rd party engagement documents and WDP templates.
• Identify gaps between the business requirement and standard solution for simple subject areas with clearly defined boundaries, and the options to resolve it, with a clear recommendation on most suitable course of action.
• Engage with a large and diverse range of Stakeholders to obtain formal sign-off on, and clear prioritisation of, business requirements, ensuring these remain at the heart of each phase in the project.
• Define, plan and deliver low complexity projects, alone or with a small team, while actively participating in all phases of Delivery Methodology on time, within agreed scope and budget.
• Create functional wireframes, prototypes to suit client specifications.
• Lead quality assurance practices for each phase of the project
• Work across teams to identify project risks and put mitigating actions in place with clearly defined owners.
• Manage project cost, schedule and performance.
• Monitor projects using PM tools. Organise sprint planning and stand-up sessions, retrospectives and scheduled review meetings.
• Work with cross-functional teams in the architecture, development, testing and delivery of projects.
