Persons' Specifications
- Academic Qualification: A good HND / B.Sc Degree in Estate Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Qualification: PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar position
- Knowledge of the entire real estate value chain (Regulatory processes/health and safety etc.)
- Age Range / Limit: 40 and above.
