Project Manager at Veegil Media

• We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies, logistics coordination, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee logistics, expediting processes, and vendor coordination for ongoing projects.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Conduct inspections and follow-up actions to ensure project alignment with goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Provide clear documentation, reporting, and updates for all ongoing initiatives.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within project teams.
• Facilitate team meetings, retrospective reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Enforce project management best practices across the organization.
• Train and support staff on project tools and workflows as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience managing projects, preferably in media, tech, or a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, OKRs, RACI, etc.).
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, Microsoft Project).
• Familiarity with ERP and documentation tools.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and deliver results on tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile Certification.
• Experience with civic-tech or media organizations.
• Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven project tracking experience.
