Project Manager at Vatebra Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist senior project managers in the day-to-day management of project activities, timelines, and resources.
• Scheduling: Help maintain project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholders on project milestones.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action item lists.
• Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to the allocated budget.
• Risk Management: Help identify and monitor project risks and issues, escalating them to senior team members when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Problem-Solving: Address any minor challenges or roadblocks in project processes and recommend solutions.
• Service Delivery: Work with customer support to ensure customers are delighted with post implementation activities on all projects executed.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's / Master's Degree with 2-3 years work experience.
