As our Project Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, executing and overseeing construction projects related to roads and bridges.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, budget, schedule and resource allocation and create project timelines, milestones, deliverables for each project.
Possess specialized knowledge in road and bridge construction, including construction methods, materials and relevant regulations and oversee the construction of roads, bridges and related infrastructure projects.
Ensure all roadworks and bridge construction adheres to design specifications and meets industry standards and safety regulations and implement quality control processes and inspection
Monitor project costs and expenditures, controlling financial performance and address cost overruns and implement cost-saving measures
Requirements
BSC in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent. MBA/M.Sc. is an added advantage.
Minimum 7 years project Manager in roadworks and bridge construction projects with at least 5 years in senior management role.
In-depth knowledge of road and bridge construction techniques, materials and best practices.
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an added advantage.
