Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across diverse portfolios.
• The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• This role requires someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead the full lifecycle of diverse projects — from concept development and planning to implementation and post-project evaluation.
• Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines while effectively allocating resources and managing interdependencies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, budgets, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and creative units to ensure smooth execution.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate client briefs into actionable project plans that align with business objectives.
• Provide proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.
• Uphold service excellence standards to ensure a premium client experience.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary project teams, setting clear expectations and accountability standards.
• Foster collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure milestones are achieved within deadlines.

Vendor & Budget Management:

• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor partnerships across multiple categories.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring optimal cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Oversee contract compliance and ensure all deliverables meet project and legal requirements.

Risk & Issue Management: 

• Identify and mitigate potential project risks through proactive planning.
• Lead on-the-ground problem-solving during project execution to maintain momentum and client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance, health, and safety standards.

Reporting & Post-Project Evaluation:

• Conduct post-project reviews, including performance assessment, client feedback, and financial reconciliation.
• Track and analyze project KPIs such as ROI, budget variance, and client satisfaction.
• Implement lessons learned to improve future project performance and delivery frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of experience managing high-profile or multi-location projects in consulting, events, or project-based industries.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
• Adaptable, organized, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
