Job Description

As a Project Manager for our E-Learning Portal, you will oversee the development, launch, and subsequent expansion of our e-learning platform. This role involves project planning, stakeholder coordination, resource management, and strategic growth initiatives to ensure the portal's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and engage stakeholders, including content creators, developers, and marketing teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch the e-learning platform.
• Ensure alignment of portal features with skills development goals.
• Oversee content creation, user interface design, and platform functionality.
• Ensure quality assurance and user testing are carried out effectively.
• Develop and execute a strategic launch plan to maximize portal visibility.
• Coordinate marketing efforts, including website launches, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
• Monitor launch performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Implement strategies to attract and retain users, including students and instructors.
• Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for platform improvement.
• Drive initiatives to expand course offerings and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure platform scalability.
• Procure necessary resources and materials for platform development and promotion.
• Identify project and growth-related risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Continuously assess and manage potential challenges.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports on portal performance.
• Foster transparent communication within the project team.

Qualifications

• BSc/HND degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in e-learning or technology.
• Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
