Project Manager at Periwinkle Residences

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction and renovation projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with residents and stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and updates.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to Senior Management.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the residential property sector.
• Preference for candidates with a background in Architecture or Engineering.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction and renovation projects.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
