Job description

• We’re seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute projects from initiation through completion. You will oversee planning, execution, communication, documentation, and delivery of projects that align with stakeholder goals and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Define clear project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders including clients, internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Manage expectations through consistent and clear communication.
• Allocate and oversee use of resources (human, financial, equipment) efficiently.
• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with team members and third-party contractors to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Track and manage project budgets and adjust as necessary to maintain financial health.
• Prepare and maintain thorough project documentation
• Regularly report on project milestones, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Handle changes in project scope and assess impacts on objectives.
• Resolve issues and conflicts effectively to maintain smooth project flow.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to evaluate performance and identify improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bsc or equivalent in Engineering or related field ( PMP certification is an advantage)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Proficiency in project management tools (
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information
