    Project Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Lead project planning sessions.
    • Coordinate staff and internal resources for engagement.
    • Collate and communicate information request for all engagements to the responsible stakeholders.
    • Manage project progress and ensure projects deadlines are met.
    • Manage relationships with clients and project stakeholders (internal and external).
    • Engage in designing and signing-off on contracts.
    • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
    • Participate in tender/proposal writing process i.e. design, submission and review to ensure that set timeline and delivery expectations are realistic.
    • Design a risk mitigation plan for all engagements.
    • Conduct project review and reports for executive staff within Intelfort for clarity on engagement progress, changes and need for additional resources where required.
    • Optimize and improve the overall project implementation approach within the organisation where necessary.
    • Secure growth opportunities and initiating new projects.

    Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree from a recognised University
    • Proven 2-3 years work experience in related field
    • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.
    • Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Familiarity with general business functions.
    • Good listening skills.
    • Knowledge of Micosoft office tools (Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project is compulsory), Software Design tools, SQL queries (is a plus).
    • Understanding of Business process models.
    • Ability to understand stakeholders requirement and translate it to business processes.
    • Document and write reports.
    • Leadership and management skills.
