Job Description

• As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects.
• We are looking for a talented individual who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate and construction industry and is certified by the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure effective implementation of project activities, coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure top quality and timely completion.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to project budgets.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement and maintain quality standards for all construction projects. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including health and safety protocols.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish effective communication channels and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective coordination, motivation, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the real estate and construction industry.
• Certified by the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
