Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Excellence: Ensure the successful delivery of projects by meticulously managing timelines, budgets, and compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive project work plans, identifying resource requirements and profiles necessary for project success.
• Effective Facilitation: Lead daily standup meetings and project gatherings, both internally and with external clients, fostering collaboration and progress.
• Agile Administration: Maintain and oversee project scrum boards, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of cards in Jira or other agile tools in use.
• Blocker Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve internal and external obstacles that may hinder project progress, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with Change Analysts, Business users, and Developers, supporting the delivery of systems/system changes from planning through implementation, ultimately enhancing team productivity.
