Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and timelines to guide project execution.
Lead cross-functional project teams including developers, engineers, QA specialists, business analysts, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Engage stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, review deliverables, and confirm that project outcomes meet expectations.
Resolve project issues that may impact timelines, budget, or client satisfaction, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and apply continuous improvements for future projects
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, including client and internal benchmarks, through comprehensive testing and review processes.
Monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and deliverables meet client specifications.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and drive efficiencies in technology solution delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
Mininum of 5years of experience in project management, with relevant experience in managing IT or business technology solutions projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving software development, system integration, or IT infrastructure.
Experience in managing client relationships, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering business-critical solutions.
