Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, develop detailed plans, and oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating decision-making.
• Risk & Budget Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track project KPIs, conduct post-project evaluations, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master) are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
