• This is a full-time role for a Project Manager, located in Akure. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Day-to-day tasks include project scheduling, budget management, stakeholder coordination, progress monitoring, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Akure
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in construction/project management is an advantage
