Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5–7 years proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
