Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured lessons on project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Provide one-on-one coaching and group sessions to help students grasp key project management concepts.
• Design and assess assignments, quizzes, and case studies to measure student understanding.
• Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Offer real-world examples and case studies to illustrate project management best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into teaching materials.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their project management knowledge and application.
• Maintain student records and track progress to ensure successful learning outcomes.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• You have at least two to five years of work experience
• Must have a minimum of BSc
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree 
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their learning journey.
• Proven experience in project management and/or teaching project management courses is desirable
