Project Management Officer at Polaris Digitech Limited

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate the delegated project goals and objectives as defined by the Project Manager .
• Identify risks to projects and maintain a risk register .
• Support the development of mitigation plans, their implementation and monitoring .
• Support the Project Manager, Project Accountant and Administrative Manager in the preparation of the project status reports and internal/customer progress reports .
• Comply with the company and follow project procedures for reporting progress and issues to satisfy customer and company requirements .
• Develop and manage project plans and reports. Participate in budget preparation for each project. 
• Manage and facilitate the flow of essential information among company team members .
• Maintain project calendar and milestones.

Qualification & Requirements 

• BSc. / HND in a business, technology or industry related discipline .
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience 
• Preferably has worked with a software development firm  .
• Exposure to high capital value projects in a multi-disciplinary environment .
• Sound knowledge of project management processes and procedures, and Agile methodology  
• Able to visit project sites, organize training and evaluate performance.  
• Conversant with project performance metrics and tools.
