• The successful candidate will support the Project Coordinator in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and work orders.
• Track budgets, materials, and project timelines.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Assist with safety, quality, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field (Engineering background preferred).
• 2 - 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sector.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good understanding of HSE standards in a project environment.
