    Project Management Analyst

    About the job

    • We are hiring a Project Management Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of upstream oil and gas projects. The role ensures disciplined project execution, strong governance, effective stakeholder alignment, and timely reporting across multiple assets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support planning, scheduling, and execution of capital and operational projects.
    • Review project charters, execution plans, and deliverables for alignment and compliance.
    • Track performance against cost and schedule baselines; escalate risks and variances early.
    • Monitor resource use and identify constraints.
    • Facilitate project communication with internal teams, contractors, and regulators.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting dashboards, and close-out records.
    • Support cost forecasting, commitment tracking, and financial close-out.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years project management experience in upstream oil and gas.
    • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project control tools.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work within governance frameworks and manage risks.
    • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is an advantage.

    Performance Expectations

    • ≥ 90 percent milestone delivery within schedule.
    • ≤ ±10 percent cost variance.
    • High-quality reporting and documentation.
    • Strong stakeholder satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
