Project Lead - Waste Management & Recycling at KALTANI

Role Description

• This is a full-time role as a Project Lead - Waste Management & Recycling at KALTANI, located in Abia state.
• The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing day to day Project plan and commencement activities for the waste management project.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Enumeration and Mapping: Accurately identify, map, and document our new customer base across Abia State. 
• Route Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute efficient waste collection routes to ensure timely service delivery. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the liaison between our organization and ASEPA (Abia State Environmental Protection Agency), ensuring alignment and smooth project take over and execution. 
• Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Operational Oversight: Manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to best practices in waste management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Waste Management and Recycling skills
• Experience with Project Management (Must have handled projects or been a part of a well defined project) 
• Experience in Solid Waste Management
• Stake holder Management skills 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Good reporting skills
