Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will coordinate site activities, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and drive timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling project activities in alignment with scope and timelines
• Supervise site operations and ensure adherence to technical specifications
• Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues
• Review engineering drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site
• Support quality control and safety compliance across all phases of construction
• Track material usage and equipment performance
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to management
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure documentation of site activities and project records

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction reporting tools
• Strong understanding of site coordination, quality assurance, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
