Project Engineer III at Scruples Resources

Are you an experienced engineering professional with strong skills in project execution, engineering design, construction coordination, and project management? We are looking for a qualified Project Engineer III to support the successful delivery of major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering design evaluations and ensure projects meet budget and schedule objectives
• Participate in ITT development, bid evaluations, and contractor selection
• Support sourcing of long-lead equipment and coordinate FEED contractor activities
• Coordinate CCAP Gate 3 deliverables and Functional Interaction Plans
• Coordinate project issue resolution and change authorization processes
• Ensure assigned work scopes are completed in line with project objectives
• Coordinate with project teams and functional resources to ensure design and construction meet specifications and standards
• Serve as the key interface between the Project Team and Contractors
• Support smooth transitions between project stages
• Lead the Project Management Team in applying project management systems
• Provide technical support and act as backup to the Project Manager when required

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Experience in engineering, construction, project management, and project controls
• Broad multi-discipline project experience
• Strong knowledge of engineering design standards, specifications, and work processes
• Strong leadership, coordination, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and interface management abilities
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
