Project Engineer II at Habrams Energy

• We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction projects while ensuring alignment with technical standards, budgets, and schedules.

Main Functions

• This role supports engineering design evaluation, project coordination, and execution oversight, ensuring project deliverables are achieved within defined scope, cost, and schedule constraints. The Project Engineer also provides technical support and acts as backup to the Project Manager when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ITT development, bid evaluation, and contractor selection processes
• Coordinate FEED support and long-lead equipment identification and sourcing
• Assist in developing Gate 3 (CCAP) deliverables and functional interaction plans
• Manage project issue resolution and change control processes
• Ensure engineering and construction activities align with project specifications and standards
• Serve as interface between project teams and contractors
• Support smooth transition between project phases and execution stages
• Apply project management systems in collaboration with the PMT

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience in engineering, construction, or project management roles
• Strong coordination, planning, and interface management skills
• Good understanding of design standards and project execution processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
