Project Coordinator at Health Connect 24x7

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Position Summary

• Virtual Clinic booth / Tele-consultation desk deployment - (for Globacom and prospective clients)
• Client engagement - IT Requirements gathering
• IT team (Dubai and Egypt) relations for client requirements
• Reporting
• Proposals/Pitch decks in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
• CSR/Medical Outreaches by HC or in collaboration with 3rd Party.
• Analyze risk and opportunity of a project
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives

Qualifications

• First Degree BSc or H­­­­­ND
• Experienced in Project Management is a pre-requisite.

Requirements:

• Understand project management, from conception to delivery
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Zoho or Trello).
