As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our educational programmes and projects. You will work closely with faculty members, students, and internal teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of our initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage faculty engagement activities, including contracts, new client onboarding, pre/post assessments, slide preparations, and course materials development.
Supervise the recording and facilitation of courses, ensuring schedules are maintained and quality standards are met.
Coordinate the overall planning and execution of programs/projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes/projects, collecting data and feedback for continuous improvement.
Supervise and enhance students’ experience by managing feedback, announcements, placements, and addressing inquiries.
Provide oversight for the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its functionality and usability for all stakeholders.
Coordinate logistical arrangements for events, including catering, transportation, and accommodations for out-of-Lagos activities.
Ensure all training and programme materials are customised to meet the specific needs of D&R and its clients.
Assist in developing course synopsis as required for effective curriculum delivery.
Manage databases, organising and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless execution of various project components.
Coordinate event logistics, including planning, execution, and follow-up for workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on project status, progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Project Management, Education, etc.).
Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
Event coordination and logistics experience is advantageous.
